  • What exactly is the A-ROSA Club?

    The A-ROSA Resorts & Hideaways customer club is a programme for loyal guests.

  • How can I become a member of the A-ROSA Club?

    Only natural persons who are

    • at least 18 years old and
    • comply with the relevant accommodation and turnover restrictions (review date: starting 1 January 2016)

    can become club members. 

    Legal entities, authorities and employees of the group of companies (Deutsche Seereederei GmbH and its associated companies within the meaning of Article 15 AktG), in particular, are excluded from the membership.

    The membership in the A-ROSA customer club starts upon application and successful registration on the website club.a-rosa-resorts.de. Customers need to register on this website by stating their email address, first and last name and a personal password and have to enter all requested details. Membership in the A-ROSA customer club will not be granted if customers fail to supply their full name, postal address (no post box), email address and date of birth. Following a successful registration the customers will receive a written notice about their membership and a personal A-ROSA club card.

  • How do I advance to the next club level?

    Your turnover* generated since 1 January 2016 serves as the calculation basis for the allocation to each club level.

    The A-ROSA club embrace the following four club level:

  • Is the membership limited to a certain time period?

    As an A-ROSA Ruby club member your membership and the associated club benefits will permanently remain valid. At the three club levels A-ROSA Bronze, A-ROSA Silver and A-ROSA Gold the membership is limited to 24 months. If you generate relevant additional turnover within the validity period of 24 months, you will remain at your current club level once the validity period has expired and you will receive a new A-ROSA club card for the next 24 months. In case you fail to reach the required additional turnover within the validity period of the club card, you will be downgraded to the next lower club level with a reduced amount of benefits.

  • Is the club membership fee-based?

    The membership in the A-ROSA Resorts & Hideaways Club is free of charge.

  • Can I transfer my club benefits?

    Each club member can request a partner card for one adult person to be nominated by the club member (who lives in the same household). Thus, turnover can be generated by both the club member and the nominated partner. Basically, partner cards provide the same benefits as the main card. Turnover collected with the partner card will be assigned to the club member’s customer account. Therefore, collecting turnover with the partner card does not result in a separate club membership. It is neither possible to transfer any turnover generated during a stay nor the entire club membership to a different person. Thus, using the club benefits is limited to the cardholder and the accompanying person (when staying in the same room).

  • Do you supply club cards?

    Yes, there are club cards for each club level which differ in colour, required qualification criteria and the associated club benefits. The club card is personalized, shows the club number and the validity period (only applies to A-ROSA Bronze, A-ROSA Silver and A-ROSA Gold) and entitles the cardholder to use the club benefits.

  • Can I/do I have to collect points?

    There are no points that need to be collected in the A-ROSA Club. You will be automatically allocated to the relevant club level based on the turnover* that you generated at our resorts.

  • How will my club level be calculated?

    Your turnover* generated at our resorts since 1 January 2016 serves as the calculation basis for the allocation to each level of the A-ROSA Club (from 18 years of age). Any turnover that was generated before this date will not be considered. During your stay the turnover generated until your day of arrival will serve as the calculation basis. This means that the turnover generated during the current stay will be credited after your departure. Thus, advancing to the next level will only be possible after the end of your stay. The new club benefits resulting thereof can only be used during your next stay. If you advance to the next club level, the original club card will expire and therefore also the club benefits associated with it. It is not possible to combine the club card and other advantages!

  • What do I need to do in case I lost my A-ROSA club card?

    Please note that the club card is the property of DSR Hotel Holding GmbH / A-ROSA Resorts & Hideaways. In case you lost your club card, please notify us immediately in writing by sending an email to club.resortsa-rosa.de or call us at +49 (0) 40 69 63 52 335 so that we can ensure that your club card will be deactivated. We will then send you a new card.

  • How can I terminate my club membership?

    You can terminate your membership in the A-ROSA Club at any time without advance notice. An informal written note by email to club.resortsa-rosa.de is sufficient.

*Turnover generated since 1 January 2016. All resort-specific services qualify as turnover (turnover generated from accommodation services plus turnover generated from additional services, for example spa treatments, food & beverages, etc.) that you generate during your stay at our resorts and that you have paid for directly at the resort. Thus, external services will not be considered.
